This wasn’t supposed to be my blog today but I just had to let it out. I woke up with the saddest news of the passing of Maileen Hern, wife of P. Robert of Victory Pioneer. Though we are not that close just the mere thought of loosing a love one especially your wife was just too unbearable.
I have seen and heard how their family has cherished each other the past year after they found out how seriously sick Maileen was. P.Robert even took a leave of absence to spend time with his family, to travel and just to be there especially for Maileen. We will miss you Ms. Maileen and our prayers are with you P.Robert, Betthia, and Shaunese.
It made me realize more how short life can really be and the more we need to treasure every moment that we have with our loved ones. How often we take for granted our spouse, our kids and our parents. When will you tell them and show them our love, when they have joined our Creator?
Let nothing get in the way with the time that you spend with your family. Let not your business, your career, your ministry or your hobby get in the way. You will never know, maybe tomorrow already is too late.
Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days
 that we may get a heart of wisdom. ESV
