My Wife, Yet's Blog

Oh how I wish my wife Margaret would blog. She has amazing & funny stories to share about being my helpful-partner, on parenting & her very inspiring walk with God.

She is 22 weeks into her pregnancy now; we will be having our princess, Lara come September. Recently we were recounting how God has been blessing her in very simple ways.

During Election Day, we were supposed to vote early so we can escape the long queue. As we sort of expected we woke up midday already, our house helps voted very early & it only took them minutes. It was the first time for us to vote in San Juan so we didn’t know what to expect. We got to our polling precinct & met an acquaintance telling us to be a little patient because it took her 2 hours to vote. God spared us the long queue we were sent to a different polling center. It only took us 20 minutes from lining up, voting to the indelible ink.

Yet, as she is fondly called, has been looking for a replacement for her eyeliner, that I accidentally threw away for more than 2 months already. We have been to different malls & shops looking for a brand that KS Salvador, her beauty-expert has recommended her to no avail. Yet very recently received a thank you card from our friend Jihann and tucked inside was a branded eyeliner. God can simply amaze you.

My sister celebrated her birthday in Fontana Resorts, they invited us to go early to maximize the place. They got stuck in traffic; the 1-hour trip took them more than 2 hours. We were spared from that traffic, Yet would have been very uncomfortable from the very long ride.

These are only among the few favors & blessings that my lovely wife, Yet has recently received from God. Yet is someone who loves God so much and He sure amazes her with His faithfulness. I love my wife!
